Welcome to the Valley Sweet Lady Jane!

Sweet Lady Jane Fine Desserts has been serving the Los Angeles area for over 25 years and I am so happy to welcome them to my side of town! Sweet Lady Jane was founded by local baker, Jane Lockhart, in May of 1988. Known for using only the freshest ingredients and baking everything by hand, Sweet Lady Jane has been featured on the Food Network, KCAL-9 and Access Hollywood.

I recently visited the new Encino location and was in awe of all the beautiful cakes and pastries that are baked fresh daily. There is so much effort put into the design of her cakes. Each one is so different from the other. You will literally be the "hostess with the mostess" when you serve one of Sweet Lady Jane's cakes at your next event.

From cookies to tarts, I couldn't decide on just one delicious treat so naturally I ordered a few of her most popular items. The Key Lime Tart, White Chocolate Janolie, Apricot Almond Bar and Salted Caramel Brownie were my favorites, but the star of the show would have to be her Floral Design Cupcakes! Chocolate or vanilla cupcakes topped with buttercream frosting and decorated using a variety of different elegant floral designs. These are almost too beautiful to eat...ALMOST!
