This is the last week to get on over to Knott's Berry Farm and enjoy all of the Springtime fun going on at Knott's Berry Bloom! I recently took my little peanuts to experience Knott's Berry Bloom and the amazing Boysenberry Festival. My kids were so excited to participate in all of the fun activities included with general admission.
We searched for the Easter Beagle, played some Big Boardwalk Games and attended Peanuts' Party in the Park. My oldest son couldn't wait to taste his way through the Ghost Town with all the delicious Boysenberry dishes being served for the annual Boysenberry Festival. We tried some flank steak skewers dipped in boysenberry BBQ sauce, giant turkey legs smothered in boysenberry BBQ sauce, a boysenberry icee, boysenberry pie, boysenberry cupcakes and so much more! We hung out with friends, ran into the Peanuts Gang and made so many amazing memories!
One of our favorite memories from this visit was stopping by the Calico Carver for the very first time. How have I not done this before? These guys are awesome! Tucker and Kris called our kids over for a really cool demo and the kids went nuts. They got so into watching the wood carving that they all asked for their very own wood signs. This is a great souvenir idea. Something they will have forever. When my brother was 12 years old, he went to Knott's Berry Farm with his friend and actually brought me back a souvenir. It was a beautiful wooden box that was hand painted and said "Knott's Berry Farm" on it. I still have it 20 years later. Thanks so much to Tucker and Kris for making our visit so memorable. The kids love their signs and put them up in their rooms. You guys rock!
Knott's Berry Bloom runs until Sunday, April 27th so hop on over and make some memories of your own!
Disclosure: I was not compensated for this post. I was invited to a Media Day with my family in order to facilitate my review. These are just my two cents!
