After 5 days of eating 3 pre-packed meals a day and 5 delicious desserts, I have successfully lost 3 pounds! I made sure to add fruits with my breakfast, a salad with my lunch and steamed veggies with my dinner. I ran on the treadmill 3 days of the week and rode a bike the other the two days. I swam with my kids, danced while doing laundry and threw in some Wii sports!
I had a lot more energy during that week than I've had all Summer and I found myself eating more often throughout the day than I normally do. I would definitely recommend the Nutrisystem 5-Day Weight Loss Kit to anyone trying to shed a few extra pounds!
