My Midweek Progress with Nutrisystem

I started my Nutrisystem 5-Day Weight Loss Kit on Monday morning and I have been following it very strictly so far. I won't say that it has been easy because the first couple days were a little tough. It's not that the portions are too small because I don't eat large meals anyway. The hard part is not snacking in between when you get hungry. Here's is everything that is included in the 5-Day kit:

 

It's very important to incorporate fruits and veggies into your week long diet plan. I have been adding yogurt and fruit for breakfast, a small salad for lunch and steamed veggies for dinner. The desserts have been my favorite part of the kit! They are just the right amount of treat to round out the day. So far, everything has tasted good and satisfied my hunger. I'm almost at the end of my kit so I will check back in with my results by this weekend.
