It's very important to incorporate fruits and veggies into your week long diet plan. I have been adding yogurt and fruit for breakfast, a small salad for lunch and steamed veggies for dinner. The desserts have been my favorite part of the kit! They are just the right amount of treat to round out the day. So far, everything has tasted good and satisfied my hunger. I'm almost at the end of my kit so I will check back in with my results by this weekend.
