Kaijudo: Rise of the Duel Masters

Last week Dad hosted a Kaijudo screening party with the kids. Here is his post on that party:
I was asked to host a Dad's screening party for Kaijudo: Rise of the Duel Masters. We were given cool Kaijudo headbands for the kids, an autographed poster for my oldest son and a DVD with the first two episodes of the season. I invited a few friends and relatives over and we all hung out around the television and watched the show. My wife ordered cupcakes for the kids and she made her own Kaijudo themed cupcake toppers. They came out great. I came up with two different colored drinks for the kids. We had Allie juice for the girls and Gargle juice for the boys. We really enjoyed the show and the kids thought the creatures were awesome. We look forward to watching the rest of the season.

You can watch Kaijudo: Rise of the Duel Masters on the Hub channel, Saturdays at 5pm.

*Party was hosted by and post was written by Mr. So you think you can Mom!

  3. Show parties are a lot of fun. Just curious, though, how much tussling did the kids do while watching the show. From what I've seen, it's pretty heavy on the backside-kicking.

  4. Great post! My kids really enjoy the other shows similar to this one so I have no doubt they will be tuning in. We love Hub TV.

  7. I haven't heard of this show before either, and we are major HUB fans, but usually My Little Pony & Strawberry Shortcake. Maybe my son would really get into this one.
