A quick trip to Embassy Suites South!

By now I'm sure you know that I spend a lot of time in Orange County and it's very important to me that I find the most family friendly hotels around Disneyland and our other favorite places to play with the kids.
We headed out to Anaheim to visit the Embassy Suites Anaheim-South located on Harbor Blvd., just one mile away from the Disneyland Resort attractions and the Anaheim GardenWalk. My family loves staying at Embassy Suites because all the rooms are two-room suites and my kids enjoy having that extra space to run around. It's also really nice being able to watch TV in the bedroom with my husband while the kids take over the TV in the living room.

The rooms at the ES South were great. My kids really know how to make themselves at home. As soon as they enter the room they kick off their shoes!

We had a nice view of the city and one of our favorite places to eat, Buca di Beppo, was right in the same parking lot! Make sure to ask the front desk for a dining coupon that's good for $10 off your meal and priority seating!
We had to go down to the Manager's Reception to partake in the complimentary well drinks and light snacks. Pizza is available for an additional cost. The kids enjoyed running around and watching the Koi fish swim.

It was way too cold to swim so the kids splashed around in the bath tub. This proved to be a great idea! The kids wore themselves out and couldn't wait to get into their pajamas. My oldest son was the first to jump in bed and pass out. My husband and I actually had time to watch a movie before going to bed ourselves. That NEVER happens!

The next morning we couldn't wait to get downstairs and stuff our faces! We always go down in our pajamas...except for Dad of course. He's too cool to be seen in pj's! The kids had a little bit of everything. I couldn't wait to have a cup of coffee. The only thing missing was the French toast. This Embassy Suites serves French toast sticks instead which the kids liked, but I'm a huge fan of the traditional French toast slices. The kid's favorite part about breakfast was the Lion! They called him Simba and about every half hour to an hour he would wake up and roar!
After breakfast it was time to get things packed up and head out. We had a wonderful visit and look forward to staying at this Embassy Suites again in the future. A BIG THANK YOU to Hollie Eisenmen for setting everything up and Thank You to the amazing staff at Embassy Suites Anaheim-South for taking such great care of us.
