Disney Enchanted Tales!

Disney Interactive has done it again!

Disney Interactive just launched a new app that has me completely obsessed! Disney Enchanted Tales is a kingdom-building game that is now available on all mobile devices. With Beauty and the Beast celebrating their 25th Anniversary, it's only fitting for Belle to introduce us to this fun, interactive game where you are the creator.

Players can build their kingdoms inspired by beloved Disney characters and expand by completing challenges to unlock iconic landmarks like Belle's Cottage, Beast's Castle and Rapunzel's Tower. In Disney Enchanted Tales, you are the architect. You decide where and what to build all while exploring some of our most favorite Disney stories.

This is what my storybook looks like! I have unlocked multiple landmarks from Beauty and the Beast and started expanding into Rapunzel's kingdom. I am just 2 levels away from unlocking my next story which I think is going to be Frozen. I don't usually play games on my phone, but this one has me hooked. The best part is that the app will notify you when your challenges are complete and ready for you to collect your rewards so you don't have to just sit there staring at your phone waiting.

I love the graphics and all of the cute, little details that really bring these kingdoms to life. Rapunzel hoisting up Mother Gothel with supplies to the tower window takes me back to the very scene from the film where Mother Gothel returns with hazelnuts to make Rapunzel her favorite soup. I love watching Rapunzel bake pies and catching Pascal sneak off with a pie when Rapunzel isn't looking. It's just truly an adorable game!

Be sure to download Disney Enchanted Tales today available in the Apple App Store and Google Play!

Have Fun Learning at Discovery Cube Los Angeles!

Grab a cart and get shopping at the Discovery Market in Discovery Cube Los Angeles!

The Discovery Market is a fun grocery store game where you're the shopper and your grocery list is the challenge. Grab your shopping cart and aim your scanner as you race down the aisles of the Discovery Market.

Once you've selected your challenge, your shopping list will guide you through the market. Choose your items wisely and you will be rewarded.

When you complete your challenge and successfully select every item on your shopping list, you'll head over to the checkout area. Your score will be calculated and if you made healthy, Earth-friendly choices, your reward is an awesome photo of yourself up on the Super Shoppers Wall of Fame!

The Discovery Market is one of our most favorite exhibits at Discovery Cube LA. My kids always have a blast completing their challenge. This exhibit is both educational and fun and as a parent that is a definite plus. Getting their picture up for everyone in the museum to see isn't too shabby either!

Product Review: Exergen Temporal Scanner

Summer colds are a bummer!

Catching a cold in the Summer is no fun, but it's bound to happen when you're trying to have fun outdoors. My son came down with a fever last week and my old ear thermometer kept giving me different readings. Luckily, my new temporal scanner by Exergen arrived and gave me an accurate temperature.

With a Soft Glow Display, it's easier to read your child's temperature in any light which makes this thermometer perfect for taking their temperature at night while they're sleeping. It also retains the 8 most recent temperature readings to help parents monitor fever progression.

Parker was enjoying the Exergen temporal scanner a bit too much. He almost forgot all about his fever!

You can find this product at retailers such as Toys R Us, Walmart, Costco and more. The Exergen temporal scanner is the #1 recommended thermometer by Pediatricians so be sure to get one today. You never know when a Summer cold will find it's way into your home.

A Surprise Has Hatched at the Los Angeles Zoo!

Visit Dinosaurs: UNEXTINCT at the L.A. Zoo and welcome the newest additions to the Diabloceratops family!

On July 8th, we were invited to witness what was hatching over at the Los Angeles Zoo and we were so excited to meet the baby dinosaurs. Seven adorable Diabloceratops joined the dinosaur family at Dinosaurs: UNEXTINCT. Three girls and four boys hatched right beside their mother. It was an awesome morning!

These newborns join 17 other life-size animatronic dinosaurs in this spectacular exhibit that takes visitors back in time to a land where Dinosaurs ruled. We had so much fun exploring Dinosaurs: UNEXTINCT and welcoming the baby Diabloceratops.

We learned about the mighty Tyrannosaurus Rex, one of the largest and most powerful dinosaurs from the Cretaceous period 65 million years ago. We also uncovered a Maiasaura fossil, an herbivore, at the Fossil Dig. We were able to get up close to some of the rarest dinosaurs I have ever seen and we can't wait to go back for more!

Be sure to visit the Los Angeles Zoo all Summer long and get your tickets for Dinosaurs: UNEXTINCT. This adventure will only be available until October 31, 2016 and is open daily from 10am-4pm. Admission to this exhibit is $5 per person plus the cost of general zoo admission.

Don't forget to stop by the gift shop at the end of the exhibit for some rare and exciting souvenirs!
